In short: you are buying a data plan on an eSIM that works inside the Sultanate of Oman. It does not include an Omani number, calls or SMS. Your phone must support eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier.
1. Who we are
eJurs is established in Karachi, Pakistan and sells data eSIMs for use in Oman. Contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@ejurs.com.
By buying from this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not place an order.
2. What you are buying
A prepaid data plan delivered as a QR code, running on a partner network's coverage inside Oman. It is:
- Data only. No Omani number, no calls, no SMS. Calls over WhatsApp, FaceTime and similar apps work, because those run on data.
- A second line. It is added alongside your existing SIM; your own number stays where it is.
- A code, not a SIM card. There is nothing to collect and nothing shipped.
3. Device requirements
Your handset must support eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier. Dial *#06# — if an EID appears alongside the IMEI, the phone has an eSIM. The device pages on this site are guidance; checking that your own handset is compatible before buying is your responsibility.
A carrier-locked phone will not accept the profile. That restriction is set by the handset maker or the operator it was sold through, and we cannot remove it.
4. Ordering and payment
Orders are currently taken over WhatsApp. You choose a plan, we send a payment link or transfer details, and the QR code follows once payment is confirmed.
Prices are shown in Omani rial and include everything payable to us. Transfer fees or exchange-rate differences applied by your own bank or payment provider are not part of our price and never reach us.
5. Delivery
The QR code arrives by email and on WhatsApp, usually two to ten minutes after payment is confirmed. A manual payment needs the receipt checked, so it can take longer.
If nothing has arrived within an hour of confirmed payment, message us — we either deliver the order or refund it.
6. Validity and use
Validity starts the first time the eSIM carries data, not on the day you buy it. The data allowance is a total for the whole validity period, not a daily allowance. Unused data expires with the plan and does not carry over.
The service is for reasonable personal use. It is not to be used for commercially reselling connectivity, or for any purpose unlawful in the Sultanate of Oman.
7. Coverage
The service runs on a partner network's coverage. Coverage and speed vary by location, congestion and handset, and those are properties of the network rather than things we control. We do not promise a particular speed or uninterrupted coverage everywhere.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a full refund within 7 days if the QR code has not been used, and no refund once it has been activated.
9. Liability
We are responsible for delivering what we sold you. We are not responsible for indirect losses — a missed flight, lost work, an appointment not kept — arising from a loss of connectivity. In any case our liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
Nothing here limits any liability that Omani law does not allow to be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you bought applies to your order, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms are read alongside the consumer protection law in force in the Sultanate of Oman, and take nothing away from a right that law gives you.
This policy is published in Arabic and English. If the two versions ever differ, the Arabic version applies.
