In short: we collect what is needed to deliver and support your order — a name, an email address, a WhatsApp number and the order details. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
1. Who is responsible for your data
eJurs, established in Karachi, Pakistan. For anything to do with privacy, contact hello@ejurs.com or WhatsApp.
2. What we collect
- Name — to put on the order.
- Email address — to send the QR code, and to sign you in to My eSIMs.
- WhatsApp number — to send the QR code and for support.
- Order details — the plan, the amount, the date, and the eSIM identifier.
- Usage figures from the network — how much data is left and when the plan expires, which is what your account page shows.
- A payment receipt if you paid manually, used only to match the payment to the order.
We do not ask for your passport number, your national ID or your address. We never see your full card details — those are entered with the payment provider, not with us.
3. Why we collect it
To perform the contract between us: to deliver what you bought, to prove it is you when you sign in, to answer you when you ask for help, and to keep the accounting records we are required to keep. We do not use it for anything else without asking you.
4. Who we share it with
- Our eSIM supplier — to issue your eSIM and read its usage. They receive only what is needed to fulfil the order.
- Our payment provider — to take the payment. Your payment details go to them directly.
- Our email and WhatsApp providers — to deliver messages to you.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
We may disclose it if the law requires us to — a court order or a binding official request — and for no other reason.
5. Transfers outside Oman
We are established in Karachi, Pakistan, and our providers are in other countries again. That means your data is processed and stored outside the Sultanate of Oman. We handle it under this policy wherever it is held, and share only what is needed to fulfil your order.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as they are needed for accounting and support. If you ask us to delete your data we delete what we are not required to keep, and tell you what remains and why.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ejurs.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify who you are first — handing someone's data to whoever claims to be them is not privacy.
You also have whatever rights the personal data protection law of the Sultanate of Oman gives you, and nothing in this policy takes those away.
8. Messages we send you
We send what concerns your order: the QR code, a warning when data is running low or the plan is about to expire, and a sign-in code. Those are service messages, not marketing. If we send a marketing offer it carries an unsubscribe link that works.
9. Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in to My eSIMs, and aggregate analytics to count visits. We do not use advertising trackers.
10. Changes to this policy
The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If something material changes, we tell existing customers.
This policy is published in Arabic and English. If the two versions ever differ, the Arabic version applies.
